My research interest lies at the intersection of psychology and economics.

In general, I am interested in complex and, hence, ambiguous circumstances which can be self-servingly exploited in choice situations. My most recent interest concerns whether and how one’s history (defined as a prior outcome in a distributive situation) influences his distributive preferences. Specifically, I focus on their self-serving invocations of history when constructing their fairness ideals in a distributive situation and forming their distributive preferences.
